This Privacy Policy explains what CFB Pick 'Em Bot (the "Bot") collects and how it's used. The Bot is a Discord bot for running college football and NFL pick 'em pools.
To run a pick 'em pool, the Bot stores:
We do not collect passwords, payment card details, or any Discord data beyond what's listed above. We do not read messages outside of the slash commands and button interactions you use to operate the Bot.
If you purchase a license key, that purchase is handled entirely by Gumroad — we never see or store your payment details. Gumroad's own Privacy Policy governs that transaction.
Data is used solely to operate the Bot: rendering pick sheets, boards, leaderboards, and standings, and enforcing house rules like vetoes and locks. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
The Bot depends on a small number of third-party services to run:
League data is kept for as long as a league exists. A server admin can permanently delete a league and everything in it — every pick, score, and standings entry — at any time by running /admin delete. To request deletion of your individual player data from a league you no longer have access to, contact us at the email below.
The Bot is not directed at children. Discord's own Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country), and the Bot does not knowingly collect data from anyone younger than that.
Data is stored in Cloudflare's D1 database and access to it is limited to whoever administers the specific deployment your server uses. As with any online service, no method of storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Questions about this policy, or requests to delete your data, can be sent to chandlerprisk@gmail.com.
